What are the benefits of one to one table tennis coaching?
Individual table tennis coaching is the best way to improve because the coaching session is entirely focused on you and your game.
Kris or Jo will be able to more easily identify strengths and weaknesses and will be entirely focused on your game for the whole hour. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you will improve and how motivated you will feel.
The sessions are typically more intense than the group coaching, but they are designed to encourage rapid progression of your game. They will cover all aspects of your game, or a very specific request.
Private one-on-one table tennis lessons
£30 per hour – please contact to book.
An individual table tennis coaching session will normally last an hour and involves lots of time at the table hitting balls. You will get a great workout, mentally and physically!
The exercises and drills will work on technique, movement, footwork, consistency, service and returns, multi-balls and tactics. Remember the focus of each session depends on you – if you have something specific to work on, let Kris or Jo know.
You are sure to enjoy it!
